Complaints & Returns
Complaints must be submitted by email at service@phonetastic.ro, including order number, description, and photos/videos if relevant.
Response time: max. 3-5 calendar days (paused if info is missing).
Possible solutions: replacement, technical support/repair, refund or credit note.
Return costs: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the complaint is validated, we will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.
Warranty & Technical Support
Products are EU specification, compatible with European standards.
Warranty for B2B sales: 12 months standard. For certain categories or manufacturers, an extended warranty up to 24 months may apply, aligned with manufacturer coverage and EU service center availability
Service is provided primarily via local authorized centers in the country of sale.
If local repair is not possible, escalate directly to us at service@phonetastic.ro.

Orders above €50,000 → Free
Standard Delivery
Orders above €5,000 → Free
Orders below €5,000 → €10 fixed cost

Orders shipped from our central warehouse (Romania).
Options: standard delivery, express delivery, or warehouse pickup for local partners.
No minimum order value required.
